How much faster is 15" i7 over a 2006 Macbook 13" (2Gz)?

HI,

I've got a late-2006 13" Macbook (2GHz). I'm considering upgrading to the latest Macbook Pro 15" with the i7 processor.

How much faster do you think the latest one would be compared to my 2006 model? (especially re running things like VMWare Fusion for Windows 7).
