Just wanted to let everyone know that Micro Center is running a couple nice sales on MacBook Pros. $200 off the 13" pro 2.4ghz, and a 17" 2.8GHZ C2D for only $1599. That is a nice deal.

Gotta have one within driving distance though. In-store pickup only. They have 23 locations nationwide.

15" 2.53ghz i5 MacBook Pro (2010) 8gb, 500gb HD - 60gb OWC SSD
13" 2.4ghz MacBook Unibody (late 2008) 4gb, 250gb
24" 2.4ghz Aluminum iMac (mid 2007) 3gb, 1tb
mini 2.0ghz - 32gb iPhone 4

Those are great savings, especially on the 17" MBP! There are two stores in the Dallas area. We really need a desktop though, not another portable. Maybe next time they'll put some iMacs on sale.

Chscag, if you need an iMac, check out the Apple refurbs. They have some bargains on there at the moment.
