I down loaded Adobe flash player and installed it but when I select a utube video I get the big black square area but nothing else. Same with other sites as well. Where do I go in my preferences to address video playing problems. Preciate some help.

Just for giggles I installed Flash Player again and now everything works ok. Mystery to me but all is well.

I was going to say that you should first check Adobe Flash test page to make sure you have the right version properly installed. Anyway it doesn't matter now since you have your problem fixed.
