Two cores with Hyperthreading - so four threads - max Turbo boost is 3.33 Ghz. Intel's current pricing for this chip is $332 ea in thousand unit lots. That's for the non-halogen free chip. Apple uses halogen free chips in their machines and don't have a clue how much more that costs. I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.
