hi all,
i have a sd card of 8g its a sdhc sandisk card and my macbook pro 13" 09 does not recognize it. i dont have any other sd cards so i cant be sure that it works with other cards but i dont see a reason why it should be a hardware problem, i take really good care of my computer.
so i think it's a compatabily issue and i was hoping that there is some kind of firmware upgrade or driver upgrade to make my sd card reader work with newer sd cards.

thanks
ran

Try re-format it. I have a HP 4 gb USB drive that my MBP would not recognized. Somehow it just doesn't take the factory formatting. It worked after I re-format under the same FAT32. You might want to do the same with your SDHC card.
QUOTE Thanks
