I'm sure I'm not the only one who's thought of this but why hasn't Apple made a coloured line of MacBooks; in the same way that you can buy an iPod Nano in different colours?

I'm sure it would make a MacBook more appealing to some but I guess it's all down to the economics behind the idea.

I know that you can buy Mac products through 'colorware' in beautifully vibrant colour combos but these cost an absolute fortune!

Any thoughts?

I knew that the clamshell iBooks were different colours (correct spelling Sean!) but why not continue this into their later notebooks?
