Hi,
I'm a recent convert to mac's and loving my new MBP. I got the basic 13", but upgraded the HD to 320 GB. I am a bit concerned, however, about the CPU's operating temp. When I'm using the computer pretty normal level - say running a few Safari windows, maybe a Word doc - it gets up to 120-140 degrees F. If I'm doing more - downloading and installing applications while running other programs - it can get up to 150-160 degrees F. The fan seems to shut off at around 120 degrees, but runs pretty hard when its up at 150. Is this something to worry about? Thanks! |
