i purchased a refurbished macbook 13 and its specs were:
RFB MB 13.3/2.26/2X1GB/250/SD-USA

but when i look at the about this mac it says
Processor 2.26 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo

Memory 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3

i think that they bumped the memory and Hard Drive from the 250 to 330 but im not 100% sure. does anyone know if they usually bump up he specs on referbs?

I don't think so, usually you get what you buy.

Open the system profiler in the utilities folder, from there you can see your complete computer specs. The Hard-drive capacity/specs are under Serial-ATA

it says this under Serial Ata:

Capacity: 319.59 GB (319,594,741,760 bytes)

seems odd that it says 4 GB for memory but its supposed to be 2 GB

The previous owner probably upgraded the computer...a common occurrence.
