MB Pro 17" replacement battery

hi, just looking for some advice, i am in need of a new battery for my macbook pro, i have a couple of option's, either buy one from apple for the full £90 or get a replacement battery from Apple A1189 & A1189 battery for Macbook Pro 17 (i hope its ok to put a link in) for a cheaper £67 which also has a 1 year warrenty...

what are peoples views on the non-apple, replacement batteries ??

Lots of those older style batteries had issues that led to recalls, so I do not frown on using a third party battery for your model. For Unibody models and older, PowerPC based Apple notebooks, I would prefer the original from Apple.
