I recently purchased a new iBook G4 12" and bought an AppleCare plan with it. I did this because I told the salesman that my last iBook was broken when pushed off a desk by a student at my high school, and he told me that AppleCare will cover that. I read the fine print when I got home, and soon found out that "Accident" was on the list of things NOT covered.

Is Apple relaxed about bending these rules, or should I attempt to return the plan?
QUOTE Thanks
