Intel Powerbook, networking cam problems

hi,
I'm running Intel PowerBook OS X 10.4.11...need cam 2 cam for research project but having webcam probs on certain sites....iChat works fine, amsn works fine, yahoo messenger works fine.....but on some chat sites, especially when dealing with PC owners i get asked 'site want's to access your webcam and mike...allow or deny?'...when I agree 'allow' cam doesn't seem to connect?????? Using Firefox and prefer to stay on that.

Okay I assume that English isn't your first language or you or 13 years old.

There is not such thing as an Intel powerbook. It is either a powerbook or intel. Which is it? Also are you using a built in webcam? Are you trying to use it for video or a picture? The specific website would also help so I can go have a try too.

With PC users try Skype to Skype.
MeBeam.com used to be OK for multi party multi platform video if u used Skype for the audio.
