That's what's known as a kernel panic crash.

Looks like it crashed when you were running Parallels? Are you using the latest version of Parallels with all updates installed? Also notice that you're running Symantec Internet Security and PC Tools AV software while in Windows. And "Little Snitch" from OS X at the same time. You're not paranoid about "catching" anything nasty from the net are you?
