Two things I need help changing on Bootcamp

I use windows the to play video games, and they require the CTRL and the ALT button. Because they are so close, it makes it very uncomfortable to use. Is there a way to change the CTRL key to the fn key and the ALT to the Command Key?

Mac Specs: Back to my old 2.2GHz C2D MB after selling my MBP and wondering what my next Mac will be :)
