I dont know what happened but yesterday it was working fine then all of a sudden a grey film (dark grey lines) cover the screen. I can still see but its really dark and the contrast is already to full.

What happened to my Macbook is it dead? Warranty is over so i dont know how much i will cost to fix it.

I live in Hong Kong and they dont have apple parts here, they have to send for it from Singapore...

What should i do???? anyone? please?

Without a picture of what's actually on screen it's kind of hard to speculate, but it sounds like some of the flourescent backlighting on your MacBook has gone bad.

There's really nothing for it but to take it to an Apple Authorised Service Provider and have it examined and repaired.

Lines could also be an issue with the video card or the wire that runs to the LCD panel. I think it's safe to say that it absolutely needs help from Apple.
