New iBook G4 Owner

Firstly hi everyone i recently have purchased my first apple machine still getting used to the OS layout as I'm a PC user normally. But i am liking what i see with the apple machines. Here is my laptop spec

Apple IBook G4 1.2ghz PowerPc
Ram: 1.2gb
HDD: 30gb
OS. Tiger 10.4.11

Hoping to make new friends in the community and i have got a few questions I'm looking some good apps for the laptop as stated very new to the scene and still learning.
