I didnt order bluetooth with my ibook and I know its pretty impossible to install it myself but is it possible if I took it to a Apple Specialist, could they put it in?

No, they won't/can't do it:

Apple doesn't officially support it, won't provide them with the parts to do it & wouldn't cover it under your warranty.

The only way to add it is to buy the parts online somewhere and do it yourself.

There are a few tutorials on where to find the parts and how to go about installing them, but it isn't for the faint hearted and WILL void your warranty.
