interesting fake error problemOK this might be hard to explain, You know when you do something and your get a little beep or your screen flashes? well mine does this about every 3 seconds, tried restarting nothing, any ideas? il post a video if needed

anyonee?? its really!! annoying i got the screen to stop by turning it off in universal access. but the sound...

Sounds like an old World War II submarine movie.
Don't know.... Have you checked to see if you're running anything in the background? Open up your Activity Monitor and check the processes to see if anything is going on.
Trace back what you've done lately. Installed any new programs or games? Any new utilities? Messed around with system settings or sounds?

ok welll i just started ending processes it was some weird name in finder. thanks!

That is one of the default sound effects available for alerts.
I'd reboot the machine and figure out which app is using it.I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.
