Hi...
I have the 13" Aluminium Macbook which has the 160GB hard drive. Just wondering how much its likely to cost to put a larger HD in ....say 320GB or even larger !
Doesn't appear a hard job but any good (UK) sites re purchase of the hard drive..

Thanks

Steve

Right now, in the US, 500GB drives are $50 USD.
If you do the work yourself, figure at least 5 to 6 hours total.
If you have a shop do it, figure at least 4 hours at the shop labor rate.

Try Amazon.com UK. Their prices seem to be reasonable. As far as doing the swap out yourself, it's a very easy task.

Regards.
