Max resolution of MacBookPro DVI Output
On a 2009 MacBookPro 15", what is the maximum resolution that the video criver can push out.

I'd like to buy a HP screen with a 1920/1080 resolution

    Specs:
    4.1 Mac Pro. 15" MBP. 13" MBP. 17" PB. PM G5. iPhone 6S+ 64gb Gold. Apple Watch 42mm.
Not sure about that monitor, but my mbp can send out 1080p(as shown on the menu, where you can select what resolution you can send out) to my tv that is 32" and 1080p

Check out the tech specification for the MBP: LINK

You should have no problem displaying the native resolution of the HP monitor using DVI.

    Regards.
