This is my first time here so please let me know if this is posted in the wrong place. I have a macbook but do not have a super drive. I have created a slideshow in iphoto that I'd like to burn to a dvd. I realize that I need a dvd burner. I really won't use it that much so I don't want to spend much.
1. Do I just need to get a mac compatible external dvd drive.
2. Do I need anything else like software in order to burn a dvd
Mac Specs: 15" mbp, too many ipods and other stuff
any USB/Firewire external DVD burner SHOULD work. iDvd should burn it I believe.
