Weird MBP trackpad issues
Hi all!
Recently, my 4 month old MBP 13 in started having issues with the trackpad. It seems that I have to press harder on the trackpad than just the click. In other words, when you hear the "click" the MBP does not recognize the click until you press down harder. Is there something wrong? If you guys thing that it's faulty, I will schedule a genius bar appointment tonight. Thanks in advance.

That seems faulty to me... of course, may I recommend tap to click, as it's a better (IMO anyway) method, anyway.

One more thing, this happens intermittently. Sometimes it works flawlessly, but sometimes not.

Sounds like hardware failure.
I would get it checked out, especially since it is only a few months old.

Yeah I've searched on google, and this isn't the first time someone has had this issue. I scheduled a Genius bar appointment for saturday at 2.
