MacBook Air - Itunes Back Up

Hi
I installed Snow Leopard and it has stopped me from using parralells as I have 4 windows programs I still have to use, **** frustrating though. So I tried my Time Machine backup will not work so now I am backing everything up manually before I just reformatt the whole mac book but I want to back up Itunes to a hard drive and do not know how could someone help me please. Thanks.

Hi. Just drag your iTunes Library folder directly onto the drive. That's it.
You can then replace any new iTunes folder with it at a later date, or simply drag the music folder over the new iTunes window.

I would try using another VM program like VirtualBox or something before reformatting your whole Mac. Reformatting is quite a drastic step just because Parallel's isn't working properly.
