    Switching memory
    Could I put the memory from a mid-2007 MBP into a 2008 Black MacBook?

    The Macbook Pro mid-2007 model used 667MHz (PC2-5300) DDR2 SDRAM, which is the exact type of memory that is used in the black Macbook. So to answer your question, yes you can.
