I have a MBP 17" early 2009, and wanna upgrade to 1TB HD, just search that only WD has 1TB 2.5" but is like 3 mm bigger than stock ones, check this web 1.0TB WD Scorpio Blue 5200RPM Serial ATA **12... (WD10TEVT) at OWC
so anyone can help me out if i can install with no issues? i'll appreciate , thanks!! |

Have seen a couple of places that say it will fit in the 17" unibody.
Have only seen one place that indicates it would fit in the other unibodies. Until now. OWC's page for this and the 750 GB says they will fit in all unibodies. See here. OWC is one of the reputable Mac hardware dealers. Can't see them promoting something that would not work. I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.
