MacBook - USB over current notice

Hi guys! i got a problem with my MBW 2006, hope somebody can help me out of this trouble. So angry when i am working or watching movie, i come out so many and quick

i just plugged in my mouse and external HDD but sometimes i didnt plug in anythings, still have that notice, dont know why
