MacBook Pro - MB118ll/a vs MC118ll/a

Does anyone know the difference between the two macbooks? someone is advertising as the MB as new, but Apple shows only MC model not MB. My research shows it the same, but i'm not convinced! Just want to hear from someone else who may know.
