My Macbook Pro hangs at times and I get the spinning beach ball. I ran disk utility to repair the disc permissions and got these errors

Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAgent" has been modified and will not be repaired.

Permissions differ on "private/etc/postfix/main.cf.default", should be -rw-r--r-- , they are -r--r--r-- .

Repaired "private/etc/postfix/main.cf.default".

any ideas?

Those issues may not be related - there is a number of entries on this forum re Permissions and the beach ball may be due to MBP resolving your network setting conflicts. Have a hunt round and make sure you have all that set correctly. If u are posting back include OS and how you are connected to internet.

google my friend.

Otherwise it seems fine. It is like like your mac is going to explode based on the error report. The problem is probably not related, but i don't own a mac so don't rely on me
