I had a 2008 silver macbook pro, now i have the unibody. Does anybody find it easier to type on the older one?

I love all things mac. I bought a MacBook Pro unibody, and I got my iPhone free online

I LOVE the keyboard on the early 2008 Macbook Pro's. I'm so glad I got that model when I did because after that they went with the chiclet style keyboard and I'm just not a fan of it. It's not horrible but the old silver keyboard is much more responsive if you ask me.

I like both, however when I go from my Unibody MacBook Pro to my 17" PowerBook G4, I find it harder to type on it because the keys are closer together.

Love Technology? So do we!

The older Macbook Pro keyboard is actually one of the main reasons that drew me to the black Macbook with its chiclet keys. The MBP's keyboard felt mushy and hard to type on whereas the Macbook's style felt far more responsive and the spacing between the keys meant that I could type faster with my larger hands.
