MacBook - can't upload pics

Until yesterday, I had no I can't upload pics. HELP! What do I do?

I've been trying to upload the pics onto Craigslist. It says that its loading but nothing happens. When I try to upload to my emails, same thing - just says that it's loading but nothing happens.
