It seems like everytime I pick up my computer, something (maybe somekind of drive) clicks on the right side. It kinda scares me....since my friends MBP's don't click when I pick them up. Is mine faulty?

There have been a few posts on this. It's the gyro-sensor inside the Mac protecting your hard drive in case of sudden movement.

Nothing to worry about, it's normal.
