Hi,

I have got a new 13" MBP and want to upgrade the memory.

The official Apple Memory is quite expensive is there other alternative memory that will be okay?

Thanks

OWC (macsales.com) has good stuff, ships very quickly, and has a great return policy. The prices are good, and they will give you cash for your old memory if you so choose.

I simply went to Best Buy. The guy gave it to me half price because he said that it's over priced. I guess I just got a nice guy. I personally don't like buying online, as the first time I did it took 3 weeks to get here as it went to the wrong address, and then it finally got here and didn't work. I like the reliability of knowing that I'M the one taking it home. But maybe that's just me.
