MacBook Pro - Change Main Monitor

Good Day

is there a way to make the second monitor (from the Display Port) the main monitor, and the laptop screen the secondary?

I would like the tool bar to be on the external monitor.

System Preferences - Displays

Not at my Mac, but on one of the tabs, there is a small picture of the 2 screens - drag the white bar that's at the top of one to the other one. It's like moving the menu bar and this controls which is set as the primary display.
