MacBook Pro - New, old Macbook Pro?

Hi, in the UK, was wondering where you can purchase a brand new (in box), old macbook pro, that is the early 2008 model. I found a company jigsaw24.com that sell them, but not sure whether they're new or refurbs.

If anyone can help and knows of anyother sites, i'll be much apppreciated.
