MacBook - Best Battery Charging Practise

Hello All , What are the collective thoughts on the best battery charging practise for the new Macbook. Is it best to leave the AC power adapter connected whenever possible or cycle the battery and only connect up when the battery level gets low ?? There are as many different opinions out there as there are battery types !
