Do they make any kind of adapters, if you will, so that mini-DVDs and mini-CDs will work in slot-load drives such as on the MacBook?? Not that I regularly use the things, but just wondering...honestly, I can't imagine how such an adapter would work, but you just never know.

Yes, they do, but I think they're really only plausible for 1x drives (like CD players in cars). Spin those things up really fast and I'd be willing to bet the adapter will separate.

Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!

there is a drive (not sure where to find) that will take mini discs as well as normal discs. you have to open you computer but it may be worth it to you.

That is the way I have always felt. Spin that DVD/CD at really high speed I was always worried it would come out of the adapter.

External drive with tray only way to go as far as I am concerned.
