Question MacBook Pro - What speaker come built-in with the MBP uni 15"

I was told by a sales rep at one of the apple stores that the speakers in the uni MBP 15" are made by Harman Kardon. Is this true? because I don't believe anything from them anymore...

I don't believe it either.

Sounds like something perpetrated and perpetuated by a salesman to me.

I thought it might not be true, but also knew that Harman did work with mac to develop specific speaker for them...so i couldn't say....it sure does sound good though!

I think they were right. Well, all I know for sure is the one that made the speakers for iPod earbuds is JBL. JBL and harman kardon is related to each other.

I assume that Apple sales know what he/she is talking about.

Gotta be under 25 to make that assumption about any salesman.
