How can u open and use the content of a CD on an iBOOK ?

Insert the CD, and if it doesn't automatically open, simply double-click on the CD icon that appears on the desktop.

Try going to Finder preferences and see if the CD/DVD box is checked.

edit: or you could just see if the CD is in the Finder sidebar.

Also, what model iBook is it? Are you certain it's a CD and not a DVD, and that the iBook has a DVD drive?
