Hello all,
have done the searches etc etc,
I now know that any 2.5 in SATA drive either 5400 or 7200 will work in my 2008 macbook 13 white (as long as its .95cm thick)

so are there any to avoid?

or prefer?

I can get a Western Digital Scorpio Blue 320GB SATA 8MB Cache 2.5 inch Internal Hard Drive that amazon are doing cheap, they sell it as a PS3 replacement drive.

are the 7200 noiser- vibrate more?
which drains the battery more (i watch a lot of films from the HDD?
QUOTE Thanks
