I am trying to decide on whether to get a used 15" MacBook Pro or a new MacBook... suppose they are around the same price... both with 2GHz Intel and same amount of memory. I'll be using this for Graphic Design (mainly web design) a couple days a week. Screen size isn't a huge factor as I will be connecting it to a Monitor, Mouse and Keyboard at work nor is HD as most of my work is on external drives.

I guess the biggest factor is how the NVIDIA GeForce 9400M Integrated Graphics on the new MacBooks compare to a Pro with say a ATI Radeon X1600 256MB Graphics card.

I 'm just looking for opinions here so fire away!

IIRC, the new graphics in the Macbook, while still way more powerful than the old Intel graphics, still pale in comparison to most, if not all, Macbook Pro's.

I have an old 2.2ghz MBP (18ish months old), and still holds higher framerates than my roommate's 1 month old Macbook.
