640 MB RAM makes my 12-inch PB G4 scream

FYI: Yesterday I replaced the second standard 128 MB RAM chip with a 512 MB chip, and my 12-inch PowerBook G4 (running 10.2.6, Airport) is much faster in all areas. I tried using XBench to measure the speed improvement, but XBench crashes. Never mind XBench! Everything flies.
