MacBook Pro - Macbook pro boots with black screen and a load of jargon please help

Mac Specs: Macbook pro, 15inch, Intel duo core, 2gb Ram

I installed a java and an intel secuirty update on my macbook pro after that i etsrated my mac and it was then taking ages to boot back up and then afte a while a black screen appeared with a load of jargon on which said the following

Launchd:com.apple.ni.blindd: Exited abnormally: Bad system call
Launchd:com.apple.ni.blindd: respawning too quickly! throttling
Launchd:com.apple.ni.blindd: 3 more failures without living at least 60 seconds will cause job removal
Launchd:com.apple.ni.blindd: will retart in 10 seconds
mDNSResponder-108.6 (Jul 19 2007 11:41.28)[153]: Starting
Launchd: com.apple mDNSResponder: exited abnormally: Bad system call
Launchd:com.apple.mDNSResponder:Launchd:com.apple. syslogd: exited abnormally: Bad system call
Launchd:com.apple.mDNSResponder: 2 more failures without living at least 60 seconds will cause job removal
Launchd:com.apple.mDNSResponder: will restart in 10 seconds
Launchd:com.apple.syslogd: exited abnormally: Bad system call
Launchd:com.apple.syslogd: respawning too quickly! throttling
Launchd:com.apple.syslogd: 2 more failures without living at least 60 seconds will cause job removal
Launchd:com.apple.syslogd: will; restart in 10 seconds
Launchd:com.apple.KernalEventAgent: exited abnormally: Bad system call


If anyone can make sense of this or has had happen before. any ideas on what it means and help on solving this problem
