MacBook - My Macbook is not starting

I turn on the macbook and it just stays at the apple splash screen and the spinning circle thing I cant boot into osx need help

Without any additional information regarding the machine.... Try this:

Boot with your install media, escape out of the install and select Disk Utility from the top menu. Run a verify on the hard drive. Allow it to repair any errors that it finds. Keep running verify until all errors are cleared.
