As to lead, highly unlikely. But, it wouldn't really matter unless someone has been chewing on it. You can't get lead poisoning without direct exposure. Ex. breathing in dust that has lead, eating it (for instance paint chips), absorption through the skin from handling, etc. I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.
