Has you know, I orderd a 2.0 mackbook and it arrived, on Tuesday, it was beautiful howerer, I noticed a small scratch on the front of the lid, OK i could live with that, then i noticed a very smal chip near the 4 key, on the aluminum ok I can let that slip too.

Then my fan started acting wonky, I installed istat and depending how I moved the laptop, the fans went to 0 RPMs, ok thats a no go loose wire or what(confirmed this by ear) that the fan was stopping, and the batt. cover also had some play.

I went to Apple and they replaced it, it one that so far has no issues at all, I do wonder how the first one made it thru QC???

I thought it was strange, I pulled it up on coconut identity and said it was mad in 1998
