iBook - Screen size how to inlarge

I have a older laptop G3 with os 10.3 Panther my sreen size is not matching screen it is small and in the left corner.How do i make it fit computer screen.Also have trouble getting router to match up.I have never use a apple before,this is all new.Thanks

i kept click on this then that and somehow its okay.What i did i could not say.
