Got This Annoying Message That Keeps Popping Up, Says, Cant Open Communication Device, Its Driving Me Crazy, Any Idea's Gratefully Received.

nope, just keeps popping up, internet connect, with a purple sign that looks like the end of a cable with the words could not open the communication device.
