Making USB's More Powerful?

Okay so theres a game called Frets On Fire, it's kinda like guitar hero.
You use your keyboard instead of a guitar. HOWEVER, it is possible to use a PS3 Guitar Hero controller with this game, you just plug the USB wireless adaptor in to your mac (or pc for that matter) and... you're rockin'.

But when I done this but i get this error:

i was wondering if there was anything i could do to make the USB more powerful?

Thanks

You can use a Powered USB Hub to achieve this.

hmm... I honestly don't know. I have a few that I have used in the past, one is a Belkin 4 port Powered USB Hub, and the other one is from my Rockband 1 set when I first bought it for my 360.

would this Belkin 4 port Powered USB Hub make me be able to use my GH guitar? like, would it up the power of my usb port?

I don't know, I bought it over 3 years ago. All it does it add more power to a hub that will allow you to use more USB devices.
