i.know.i.know...LOTS.of.threads.on.this.topic...


buuuutt...okay.i.bought.my.macbook.used.from.a.sto re.my.friends.dad.works.in.right
it's.still.under.warranty.so.that's.not.a.problem. there...


buuut..i.just.bought.it.today....the.screen.went.b lack...i.have.a.CD.in.there.and.
i.don't.know.if.that.is.going.to.hurt.it.any...i.r eally.hope.not.before.it.went.black..i.
did.like.nothing.on.it.
listened.to.a.cd.
used.photobooth.
and.tried.a.whole.bunch.of.apps.

this.is.my.first.mac.so.i.don't.know.too.much.on.i t


i.tried.someones.idea.of.using.the.apple.key.P.R.a nd.something.control.or.option.or
something.while.turning.it.on.and.that.did.nothing .
i.even.asked.some.guy.who.seemed.to.know.what.he.w as.doing.at.best.buy.and.he.
couldn't.do.anything...though.i'm.not.sure.how.tra ined.he.is.on.mac's


if.anyone.has.any.advice.that.would.be.nice...i'm. more.then.likely.going.to.be.bringing
it.back.in.the.morning.to.check.it.out.though

Turn your system off and then power it on. Then press and hold down the track pad button, the CD should eject as your system boots up. I would take that unit back to the store as quick as possible and get both the keyboard and the screen checked out.
