After a water spillage accident the screen of my macbook pro is not working (the hard drive is fine, however). It's being collected tomorrow to be assessed by my insurance company, but i want to back it up beforehand. I remember a friend once showing me a way of connecting two notebooks via either USB or Firewire and booting them up together, so i'd be seeing the details of my computer on the screen of another (my g/friends powerbook G4). Can anyone tell me exactly how this is done?

Thanx in advance for your help.
QUOTE Thanks
