Maybe this is a late pass,

but has anyone else seen that the Mini DisplayPort Adapters are now up on the online Apple store.

Being DisplayPort, the adapters still cannot carry an analog feed. If you would like to know how to connect your macbook or macbook pro to your television using composite or RCA video, follow this video tutorial:
